Shipping & Returns

Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the weight of ordered items and are visible throughout the checkout process. No hidden fees.

Orders are shipped as registered shipments with tracking numbers from the Republic of Srpska (Bosnia and Herzegovina), no later than one business day after payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery time is 7 to 21 business days (7–12 business days for Europe, 15–21 business days for the rest of the world).

In exceptional cases (high postal traffic, public holidays or customs inspection), delivery may take longer. If the shipment is not delivered within 35 business days, we will issue a full refund.
